BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

  • PERS & mPERS
  • Dealer networks
  • Connected-safety providers

LESS FRAGMENTATION. MORE CONTEXT.

Your customer should not live in five different systems.

A customer record in one tool. A device in another. Monitoring setup, billing, and support somewhere else. Every handoff makes it harder to see what needs to happen next.

01 / CONTEXT

One operating record

Bring people, devices, monitoring readiness, and commercial context back to the same service relationship.

02 / OWNERSHIP

Clear dealer ownership

Keep the responsible organization and permitted users visible, so work lands with the people who can act.

03 / CHOICE

Replaceable partner integrations

Build around your operation, with explicit connections to the device, monitoring, and payment providers it needs.

THE SERVICE LIFECYCLE

Connect the handoffs.
Keep the work moving.

The operating path brings setup, readiness, and ongoing service into view.

  1. 01

    Onboard

Connect the people, location, service account, and dealer responsible for the relationship.

  2. 02

    Prepare device

Track inventory, assign the right device, and identify what still needs to happen.

  3. 03

    Coordinate monitoring

Bring account setup, response instructions, and provider work into the same process.

  4. 04

    Validate readiness

Record required checks and monitoring-test outcomes before completing the agreed workflow.

  5. 05

    Bill and collect

Keep payer, subscription, invoice, and collection context connected to the service.

  6. 06

    Work exceptions

Give incomplete setup, manual work, and billing follow-up an explicit next step.

FOR DEALERS & NETWORKS

Local ownership.
A shared operating picture.

Give each dealer a clear view of its customers, devices, and work, with consistent access rules across the network.

Current access follows direct organization membership. More complex branch permissions and consolidated commercial models are future scope.

PROVIDER-NEUTRAL BY DESIGN

Your operation
sets the direction.

Hardware, monitoring, payments, and CRM each have a job to do. Your service record should stay connected as those choices evolve.

Compatibility is verified during pilot scoping. Manual provider work can be part of the process where an authorized API is not available.

DESIGN-PARTNER APPROACH

Start small.
Prove the workflow.

A useful pilot starts with one operating problem and a shared definition of success.

This is the proposed engagement process. Scope, integrations, and timing are agreed before a pilot begins.

Discuss a Pilot
  1. 01

    Map the workflow

Choose one operating problem, the people involved, and the handoffs that need to improve.

  2. 02

    Scope the integrations

Identify the minimum device, monitoring, or commercial connections needed to prove the workflow.

  3. 03

    Agree on acceptance

Define what a working result looks like, including exceptions and how they will be handled.

  4. 04

    Run a controlled pilot

Work through the agreed process and record the outcomes, limitations, and recovery steps.

  5. 05

    Expand from evidence

Decide what comes next after the first workflow meets its acceptance criteria.

A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Know where
to start.

More about the platform, its boundaries, and a first conversation.

What is Reliant Signal?

Reliant Signal is a connected-safety operations platform in development. It is designed to connect service accounts, people, devices, monitoring coordination, billing, and operational work.

Who is it for?

The initial focus is PERS and mPERS dealers, dealer networks, and connected-safety service providers. Monitoring and device partners can also discuss a specific operational workflow.

Does it replace a monitoring center?

No. The platform coordinates operating records and provider work. Monitoring, emergency response, and dispatch remain the responsibility of the appropriate service providers and agreed operating procedures.

Does it require specific hardware?

The design is provider-neutral. That does not mean every device is supported. Hardware compatibility, authorized interfaces, and any manual steps must be verified for the proposed pilot.

Can it work with existing billing or CRM systems?

Those connections can be evaluated during discovery. Reliant Signal separates operational records from marketing CRM and isolates payment-provider connections. Existing systems, data ownership, and the specific integration work must be scoped.

What is a design-partner pilot?

A limited engagement around one workflow, the minimum integrations it requires, and agreed acceptance criteria. The purpose is to establish what works and what needs to change before expanding.

Is the platform generally available?

No. Reliant Signal is in development and the next step is discussing scoped design-partner opportunities. Current internal and test-environment evidence does not establish production or life-safety readiness.
